Your story matters.

In 2022, CNF will convene its first-ever Patient Experience Bureau (PEB) consisting of parents, caregivers, and young adults to raise our shared awareness of community needs, and enable staff and the Board of Directors to better serve patients and families. We’re seeking individuals with a wide range of backgrounds and experiences who are willing to share their stories and connect with peers from around the country.

Selected individuals will attend 2-3 virtual PEB meetings between June and December 2022, to be scheduled based on participants’ availability. Individuals will receive an honorarium for their involvement.

We are looking for 15 people (caregivers or young adult patients) to join:

• Participants must be a U.S. citizen who is willing to share.
• Participants will receive an honorarium, as well as additional resources for tech support or child care.
• Applications are due on Friday, April 15 and participants will be notified by May 6.
