With school closures and the temporary suspension of many programs during the pandemic, some families have been facing the loss of regular therapy services and are worried about losing ground during COVID-19.

Heather Johanson, an educational consultant and special education advocate, discusses the impact of loss therapy services during COVID-19 and what parents can do in the interim.

In this video, she talks about setting expectations about maintaining ground during this time, how parents can prioritize which skills to focus on and some of the ways parents can work with their current therapists to integrate therapy into daily life.
