Kids and Epilepsy Talk

Empowering Epilepsy is one of the organizations that received a RISING TIDES Grant from the Child Neurology Foundation in 2020, which helps support this event.
Join Empowering Epilepsy for their Kids and Epilepsy Talk via Zoom! Meet other Kids with Epilepsy, ages 12 and under and their families, learn strategies to manage their seizures, and make new friends.
From 6:00 – 7:00 PM, Dr. Prakash Kotagal, Pediatric Epileptologist from The Cleveland Clinic Pediatric Epilepsy Center will answer any general questions that the kids with epilepsy have.
From 7:00 – 8:00 PM, Leigh Goldie, M.Ed. will lead a discussion with the participants about living with epilepsy. We will also read a story to learn more about epilepsy.
This is a free event. Registration is required for meeting privacy.
