Your Feedback Requested: Parents/Caregivers Medical Cannabis Survey

Posted on:

At the Child Neurology Foundation (CNF), our mission is to serve as a collaborative center of education and support for children living with neurologic conditions and their families. In recent years, the issue of medical cannabis use with epileptic patients has received considerable attention. With the acknowledgement of the evolving discourse surrounding this topic, CNF is hosting the “Cannabis in Epilepsy: Clinical Science, Parent & Advocacy Perspectives” symposium at the 2016 Child Neurology Society Annual Meeting.

To help us prepare, we’d appreciate your time and consideration in completing this survey to better inform us of where advocacy partners, families and other stakeholders currently stand on this issue. The findings from this survey, and a parallel survey distributed to Child Neurology Society members, will be presented at the Saturday, October 29 symposium.

Your responses are confidential and anonymous. The survey should take less than 15 minutes, and the feedback you provide will be valuable to our work.

Please take a few minutes and respond by 12 PM EDT on Tuesday, September 27, 2016.

Thank you,
The Child Neurology Foundation
