Applications for the 2021 CNF RISE Family Grants and the Harnett Grant are now OPEN!

We have eleven $1,000 grants to help families cover food, housing, transportation, medical services, medications, schooling related expenses, and other needs.

Nine of those are for families with a child with infantile spasms thanks to the generosity of the Harnett family and Maverick Murthy, and two grants are available for families with a child with any neurologic disorder.

To apply, please review the eligibility requirements – including having U.S. citizenship/permanent residency and a child under the age of 18 living with a diagnosed neurologic condition – and fill out the application form by October 20th at 8 pm ET. 

Families will be selected based on the eligibility criteria and a randomized lottery-style selection process.
